This Privacy Policy explains how Skedwave("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our scheduling and publishing service at skedwave.com(the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy. Skedwave is a product operated by 트랜스피파이 주식회사 (Transpify Co. Ltd).

Information we collect

• Account information you give us, such as your name, email address, and billing details.
• Social account data when you connect a profile, including your public profile details and the access tokens that let you publish to your own account.
• Content you create or upload to schedule, such as videos, captions, and post settings.
• Usage information, such as log data and the features you use, so we can keep the Service reliable.

How we use your information

• To provide the Service and publish content to your own accounts when you ask us to.
• To show you your scheduled posts, previews, and publishing status.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To keep the Service secure and to improve it over time.
• To contact you about your account and important changes.

Connected platforms

When you connect a social account, you authorize Skedwavethrough that platform's official login. We access only the permissions you approve, such as your basic profile and the ability to publish content that you have reviewed and approved. We store access tokens securely and use them only to perform actions you request, such as scheduling and publishing a post to your own profile or Page. We do not use this access to read private messages or to post anything you have not approved. You can disconnect a platform at any time. We remove its stored publishing tokens first and make a best-effort request to revoke the grant at the platform, then clean up the connection and associated content as described below.

Meta platform data (Instagram, Facebook, and Threads)

When you connect an Instagram professional account, a Facebook Page, or a Threads profile, we receive data from Meta Platforms ("Platform Data"): your account name, username, profile picture, account and Page identifiers, the list of Pages you manage, and the access tokens needed to publish on your behalf. We use Platform Data only to operate the Service for you: to show which accounts are connected, to publish the posts you schedule to your own accounts and Pages, and to display the publishing status of those posts. We do not sell Platform Data, we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host the Service, and we do not use it for advertising or to build profiles about you. Our use of Platform Data follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We keep Platform Data only while your account is connected; when you disconnect a platform, delete your account, or remove the app in your Facebook or Instagram settings, we delete the related tokens and Platform Data as described in our data deletion instructions at https://skedwave.com/data-deletion.

Service providers that process Meta Platform Data

We use Vercel, Inc. to host the web application, server-side publishing functions, and scheduled jobs, and Supabase to provide the database, authentication, and private media storage. These providers process only the information needed to deliver their services to us. We do not permit them to sell Meta Platform Data or use it for their own advertising.

TikTok data

Our use of information received from TikTok follows the TikTok Developer Terms and Community Guidelines. We access only the permissions you approve and use them solely to publish content you have scheduled to your own profile.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, such as hosting and payment processors, and with the social platforms you choose to publish to. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your content, disconnect your accounts, or close your account at any time. When you disconnect a platform, we delete its stored publishing tokens first and make a best-effort platform revocation request. We then remove its account record, posts, and media not shared with other posts. If cleanup fails or a publish is still in progress, we retain the records needed to retry and do not confirm completion until cleanup succeeds. When you delete your account, we remove the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of access tokens. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and you must meet the minimum age required by each platform you connect.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
