Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Skedwave(the "Service") at skedwave.com. Skedwave is a product operated by 트랜스피파이 주식회사 (Transpify Co. Ltd). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Skedwave lets you plan, schedule, preview, and publish your own content to social accounts that you connect. You decide what to post, when to post it, and to which of your accounts.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the Service and each platform you connect.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant Skedwave a limited license to store, process, and publish that content to your connected accounts as you direct. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights to post it.

Connected platforms

When you connect a platform such as TikTok, you do so through that platform's official login and authorize Skedwave to publish content that you approve. You must follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform you connect. Skedwave is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, or any other platform.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not post spam, or content that violates a connected platform's rules.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Only connect accounts that you are authorized to manage.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees are non refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a post will be delivered at an exact time, since publishing also depends on the connected platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skedwave is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or a connected platform's rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
